The Starrett Advanz CG tungsten carbide grit band saw blade is bonded to an alloy back for added strength. This blade will saw through hard and/or abrasive materials that those conventional tooth band saw blades can’t cut.

The Advanz CG is a more useful blade for cutting complex materials such as steel-belted tires, composite graphite, fiber-reinforced plastics and case-hardened steels.
